Abacus Worldwide, an alliance of independently owned and managed professional service companies, has announced the inclusion of two accounting practices into its network.
Brazilian auditor Triade Auditores e Consultores and Colombian accounting practice Seven Group G7 have joined the association, bringing the total number of companies in the Latin America (LATAM) region to 21.
São Paulo-based Triade, established in 1989, offers a range of auditing services to both national and multinational companies.
It has broadened its scope to assist clients in various business operations including tax consulting and outsourcing.
Abacus Worldwide president and CEO Julio Gabay said: “As Brazil’s economy continues to grow, it becomes an even bigger player on the world stage.
“The addition of Triade provides our global membership the expertise their clients need for expansion and investment there.”
Seven Group G7, headquartered in Cali, Colombia, comprises specialists with experience from larger companies, focusing on audit and accounting services.
The practice aims to enhance its clients’ competitive advantages through tailored solutions that address innovation, compliance, and the optimisation of processes, policies, systems and controls.
In addition to its main office in Cali, G7 operates branches in Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín and Pereira.
Gabay added: “G7 has Colombia covered, both geographically and with a strong suite of services. Our members can get help for their clients looking to expand into the third-largest economy in South America.”
Abacus Worldwide provides direct access to law companies and accounting practices across the world.
Abacus said that as a multi-discipline membership association, both law and accounting practices join it to support international business referrals, participate in knowledge exchange and gain access to practice management tools to better serve their clients.
“Abacus Worldwide expands presence with new additions” was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
