    The U.S. Government shutdown has done little to scare investors off of ‘Risk Mountain’, as stocks, Bitcoin and Gold are all at record highs. With no end in sight, at what point do investors stop believing that government dysfunction won’t hurt their portfolios? Or will something else scare away their exuberance?
